We do all of our work in our own facility, which measures 70,000 sq. ft. This gives us a lot of capacity for fabrication. In addition, we are equipped with the latest technology available because we are always on the pulse of any new innovations in the industry.

Services
We are pioneers when it comes to using cutting lasers. Our facility has a variety of lasers that can cut a wide assortment of materials. Specifically, we have six lasers — five with automation. Their capacities exceed 6’ x 12’ and 1 material thickness”. Our specialties include close tolerance, repeatability, and burr-free parts.
Aside from our lasers, we also have a Flow waterjet. This machine tool can cut difficult parts, including non-metallic materials up to 6” thick.
Our company has many years of experience with Computer Numerical Control (CNC) forming. We possess a unique forming capability that offers a level of flexibility that most job shops are unable to provide.
We also have an extensive inventory of precision ground tooling for our brakes. This enables us to form a variety of materials that range from light to heavy. For us, polished stainless steel is not a problem.

- 10’ - 16’ Bed
From small assemblies to very large weldments, our welding department can do them all. We are staffed with certified weld inspectors who ensure that our facility is up to spec. All of our welders are certified for AWS D1.1, D1.2, & D1.6: an American Welding Standard that refers to the fusion welding for structural applications.
